Unhappy plenty of gas but no poo

DS has not been pooping much the past few days, and hasn't since yesterday morning. Is there any reason I should be concerned? Could there be something wrong with my milk?

How old is your baby? There is a very wide range of normal in terms of BM's for BF babies. Some EBF babies go several days or even a week between bm's and its fine. Has your baby started solids? Is he uncomfortable? If not, he's probably fine.

he is almost two months old, EBF, and of course no solids yet, does not seem to be in any pain. TY!

At 6 weeks my dd suddenly went from 2-3 poos a day to 8 days between poos we were all so worried then but it turns out this is completely normal.

My DD is famous for "sound effects". Don't ask me why, but we all think little baby farts are hysterical.
