    Default Growth Spurt

How do you know when your lo is going through a growth spurt? What are the signs? My lo eats for 5-10 mins and is very fussy during longer feeds....plus he sleeps ALL the time (not really upset about that one... )

Ok so when should you be concerned about short feeding times? Is this part of a growth spurt? My lo only wants to eat for 5 mins, then back to sleep....

Some babies get what they need in 5 min. Does he get down to business in that 5min or does he snack?

If he is getting a full 5 min eating, I wouldnt be too concerned. But I would definetly try to wake him and get him to take another 5 on the other side. You can always take him in for a weight check. Most docs/peds will let you do that free of charge. I know I went in ALOT with my dd cause she was tiny.
