    Default help..too much sun/warmth

we were just outside about half an hour. i had a sheet over the baby seat to stop sun from shining directly on him. it was like 30 mins before i realizzed he was sweating. we came in immediately and i sponged him off with cool water, he has no fever and he just nursed for about 5 mins. he's fallen asleep. do you think he's ok? did i overheat him?

I don't think you over heated him. babys temp is higher than ours and it doesn't take much for them to get hot.... He was just probably hot from not getting air...

I was thinking about taking baby outside today. I am just going to make sure we are in a heavily shaded area....

thanks for the reassurance. he seems fine. we usually are in the shade too but it was so sunny today that there was none.
