    Default Stopping Pumping... how?

I've come to a point where I just can't make myself get up in the night and take all the breaks at work to pump every couple of hours. Is there an easy way to either cut down to only a couple times a day and give half BM and half formula, or to completely wean myself off pumping?

Oh, I'm so sorry, I feel your pain I EP too and my LO is 14 weeks old and I'm exhausted too! If I were you I would reduce the pumping, but don't stop. (This is what I have done.) Breastfeeding doesn't need to be all or nothing, every drop your LO gets from you is pure gold and great for LO!!!

Here's a link about weaning from the pump so you can do it comfortably:

Here's another link I thought you might find interesting. It's about Partial Weaning & Combination Feeding. According to this, "50 ml of breastmilk per day (or less - there is little research on this) will help to keep your baby healthier than if he received none at all."

Good luck and let us know how things go!
