    how old is the baby?
breastfeeding is all the baby needs for at least the 1st 6 months...
many breastfeed babies don't eat much more then breastmilk before they are a year old.

No, many babies outgrow their eczema as they get older. Some continue to have problems. It is hard to say right now what your bb will do.
