    Default Milky Mondays!!

Ok, I'm on what was supposed to be a no pump week at work - week 5) but my boobs seem to be in overdrive today. Arggh. I pumped once to ease the fullness but it seems to happen every monday and then tapers for the rest of the week.

    Anyone else have this problem?

I don't pump, but wanted to give my leaky friend a hug.

Hmmm ... I remember someone else (KA? Molly?) posting about being very full on Mondays after LO nursing all weekend.

Yep! I just pumped a bit to ease the pressure, if I was uncomfortable, and after we were "pump weaned" for several weeks it didn't happen as often.
BTW she didn't bf last night and I'm pretty full today too!

    I miss being full!

I don't have any advice for you. When I weaned from the pump, my supply was diminishing.

Erin, I think when that day comes I will be such a mess. Another , you'll soon start another nursing relationship.

Molly, did you empty the breast when you pumped? By 2:30 I had to pump and filled up a 6oz bottle and both breasts were still semifull. About two hours later I had to hand express into a tissue as I only brought one bottle with me.

I just hope I'm not messing with my supply, but she nursed like a champ this weekend so...

No, usually I did not empty the breasts completely, since that stimulates more production of course. Sometimes it just felt so good to empty them that I did it anyway though.
