    Default Sage Tea

Our ped./LC recommended I try Sage Tea to help decrease my overabundant milk supply...has anyone tried this? How often should I drink it?

    Thanks,

Sage tea is one thing you can try. If you choose this method, start out slowly at one cup a day and increase to NO MORE THAN three cups per day. Continue for no longer than one week. STOP when you see results.

Have you tried block feeding? My best suggestion is to try all of the tips for decreasing oversupply/slowing milk ejection reflex BEFORE moving forward with sage tea or other anti-galactagogues.
