Default Advice for washing toys? (Thrush related)

My LO has thrush and has started to put just about everything into his mouth! Stuffed animals, mobile things etc.

Does anyone know how to best wash things like stuffed animals? The things say surface wash only - should I use a vinegar spray or Grapefruit Seed Extract spray?

I was told by a lactation consultant to wash all our clothes with hot water and throw a cup of vinegar in the rinse cycle.
I've done this lots of times and you can't even tell I've added any thing (meaning you can't smell it) and the vinegar kills the yeast. I have heard that bleach doesn't.

Oh yeah, I have also read and was told you can mix up a solution of water and vinegar to wipe on your nipples, and wipe off your LO's hands, arms, whatever she sucks or chews on.

You can use it on hard surfaces too.

I think I might put up the stuffed animals and such untill you get rid of the yeast.
You don't want to re-infect yourself or baby over a stuffed toy.
    Good luck!
