If that helps, try tylenol with a cup of coffee. Caffine is the big ingredient in that to make it diff from like advil. That might help (and be tasty )

I had a migraine a couple of days after we brought my son home. We called the pediatrician and she said Excedrin migraine was fine. She's very conservative, so my thought was if she said ok it must be. Maybe check with your pediatrician and see what s/he says. Good luck; migraines are miserable.

Here's a link to show the ingredients of Exe. Migraine. It does indeed contain aspirin. Not all of the Excedrins do, though - (the excedrin tension headache, doesn't.)

There is a concern with asprin and breastfeeding. Its not approved my the AAP and these are the special notees from this page:

Aspirin use is discouraged in children and nursing mothers due to the risk of Reye's syndrome and internal bleeding. The AAP lists it as a "drug associated with significant side effects and should be given with caution."
Here's another page (LactMed) that one can use to look up specific meds.

    Good luck

I have taken the Excedrin Tension while nursing with no problem These seem to work better on my migraines than others do!
