    Default Acidophilus ?

I keep reading this helps with thrush and I picked some up recently. I have also read about women taking "super doses" to get a jump start on it...does any one know how much one of these super doses is? Or how much is safe to take each day?

I think if your stomach gets upset then you've had too much. I would just follow the directions on the bottle. I also heard about getting liquid acidophilis and placing it on the nipple before you nurse.

Do you take them together or one in the morning, one at night?

I bought an infant acidopholis in a powder form that disolves instantly. You can put it on your nipples and a very watered down solution on his tongue.

I take one acidophilus in the morning and one at night, and I usually try to take it with food (I think the directions recommend that).
