    Default cant read his cues?

So my LO is 3.5 months. I have been EBF since birth. DS has always been an efficient eater and somewhat fussy too. I think that my let down is to slow for him, causing him to become frusterated, cry, and pull off.
My concern is that his newborn cues of sucking his fists is not a cue anymore due to teathing/discovering his hands.
I now feed him when he seems upset and it has been a while since the last feeding.
The problem with this is that he will latch for a few sucks (sometimes) and then pull away and cry. I can't seem to tell if he is hungery or just frusterated with a slow let down?
Is it possible for a baby to refuse the breast simply because he is full?

I understand your frustration. It was pretty much the theme here yesterday. Check out this post:

I'm having the same problem! I feel like I forgot everything I knew about feeding him overnight
    No answers, just sympathy!
