    Default never "empty" breast?

Is it true that with an oversupply, that you should never really "empty/finish" each breast or your body will make even more milk?

I've been blockfeeding and trying to "empty" one side before I go back to the other side. So the breast goes through a cycle of being really full to empty about once a day. Have I been doing this wrong?

Nope, that's the idea. The "empty" breast is good for baby because it has the fattier mailk. The fuller breast (eventually) will get a build up of hormones that tell it to slow down milk production.
