    Default vitamins during breastfeeding?

Should I continue to take my prenatal vitamins when breastfeeding? Or is another type of vitamin better? (If so, what brand/type, etc.?)

    Thanks for any suggestions!

I am taking prenatal vitamins still and my LO is almost 9 months old. I have switched from the really expensive ones my OB had me take then I was prego to Target brand. They have the same ingredients and are much much less.

Prenatal vitamins are fine, I also switched to a less expensive brand (CVS) than the one my OB prescribed. I was also told by my OB that centrum are just as good.
