Default Which is best way to thaw frozen milk?

Is it best to thaw it overnight in refridgerator or run it under warm water when ready to use? Or does it not really matter?

I don't think it matters, but I used to run it under warm water, it was quick and I did it just before I needed it.

Whereas, if I thawed it in the fridge, I might not have the need for it.

We would always pull it out of the freezer and put the bag in warm to hot water and just shake it around until it thawed. As long as you don't have a large amount in there it should thaw pretty quick. Just make sure to test it after doing it that way. Don't want to burn any little mouths....hth
