    Default popping sound while bf'ing

my baby is 2 1/2 weeks old and about a week ago she started with nasal congestion. I found out on friday that she has reflux and started her on Zantac. Well when the nasal congestion started she started with this weird popping/clicking sound and unlatches. I'm not sure what's going on but it seems to be getting worse. Also I noticed I have a ver fast letdown at first (milk sprays everywhere's). Any help is appreciated!

Excessive spitting up can be caused by foremilk/ hindmilk imbalance, not always reflux. Reflux is the trendy thing to diagnose in babies.

Anyway, the clicking noises could be from over-active let-down. Here is a great link about overactive letdown/ oversupply/ spitup:

    They're all related. HTH!
