    Default sage tea?

Has anyone tried drinking sage tea to decrease your milk supply? Does it work? If so, how quickly did you see results?

At almost 15 wks, I still have slightly too much milk!

Just want to point out that in a second you are going to hit another growth spurt where more milk will be required anyway. Your baby will increase the amount of milk you have until somewhere around 6 months when it levels off. I would consider this before attempting to reduce my supply.

I drank one cup a day for three days and it worked REALLY well. Be careful-- it is strong stuff.

I'm just getting desperate since my breasts are feeling as if they are constantly in pain and baby gets fussy everytime my breasts spray her during letdown. BUT, I'm trying to hang in there b/c everyone says it gets better. Is there another growth spurt between 3 and 6 months?
