Default Should I pump if my baby is not drinking enough?

My baby is 39 days old and generally a good eater. He has a good amount of wet & sirty diapers and has been gaining weight. I breastfeed and do not supplement with formula.

He sometimes fusses at the breat, especially during evenings which I assume is due to clolic. During the nights he usually wakes up twice (every 4 hrs)

Yesterday evening he was very colicky and drank a little milk here and there between 6 PM and 8 PM. The night feedings were not good either , probably about 10 minutes. I am concerened my milk supply will decrease. Should I pump in situations like this?

    Thanks.

I wouldn't pump unless you want to build a freezer stash or you are uncomfortable. Your supply can generally bounce around pretty well.
