    Default block feeding and pumping

I am block feeding my ds in an attempt to get rid of an oald problem. I would like to pump some extra today because I will be going out tonight. Should I pump right after he eats? From which breast?
    Thanks!

I'm not sure that anything fixes oald. You can try and unlatch when you feel a letdown or notice one, so you spray into a rag instead of down your babies throat. Block feeding is used to reduce the amount of impaction you get when you are a prolific producer. It can also insure your baby gets hind milk.
If you need to pump and you don't want to send the signal to your breast to make extra milk, just pump the other breast while you nurse. Remember that a baby will want something like an ounce to an ounce and a half, per hour you are away.
