I am 4 months pregnant. I was wondering if there is anything I should be eating/drinking that would ensure a good supply for my baby? I have heard of some teas maybe?

Milk supply depends almost entirely upon breastmilk removal. Nothing you can take will maintain your supply if you aren't nursing frequently. The very best thing you can do is to simply allow baby to nurse on demand. Your body and baby will work together in perfect harmony to ensure that baby receives everything he/she needs It's truly astonishing. There is no need to take any sort of supplements aimed at maintaining healthy lactation -- your body is already perfectly suited to do that.

Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!
