    Default Constantly waking up engorged

I have oversupply and OALD. I'm constantly waking up engorged/full. So, my breasts do not feel comfortable until after my LO nurses on each side in the morning. Is there anyway to fix this?

How old is your LO? I've found that sometimes if my DD is sleeping through the night, I have to set an alarm for myself to either wake her up and feed her while she's mostly asleep, or just pump a little to relieve the engorgement. This helps to add to the freezer stash. Either that or you can self express. Really no other way to "fix" it.

I feel your pain. I am also waking up many mornings engorged. Last night even with DD nursing about every 2 hours - I still woke up with my left breast ready to pop. And leaking. (Lefty is a little slow and does not understand this block feeding thing) I have been expressing enough so I am not completely sore and changing my shirt a lot.
