    Default Uneven

This situation is making me feel very depressed. I have been nursing my daughter for 11 months, and recently I have noticed that my left breast is not filling up like my right breast. The right breast has always been the better producer, but now it appears that it is at least one cup size larger all the time. My daughter is tending to favor the right breast more and more, and the problem is only getting worse. Is there anything I can do to even them out and gain a balance again? Please help.

If you can get your dd to nurse more on the smaller side, that will help a lot. Some mothers find that starting out on the less used side will help baby to take it more often. Other mothers find that starting out on the favored side and sliding baby over to the less used side (without changing positions) helps.
