    Default Soreness after plugged duct

I believe i had a plugged duct the other day. My breast feels soft now, but I still feel some soreness when I massage it. Is this normal? I'll have the weekend to get more rest and apply warm towels...stuff I can't do while at work. So I'm hoping the soreness will be gone by Monday.

I just had my first plugged duct after 6 months of nursing. I took a long hot bath and massaged it. Once it released, it was still sore for a couple days, but everyday it is feeling better

It always takes mine a couple of days to stop feeling sore too. Once it took 5 days for it to feel normal again.

I think it took a few days for me, too. Then one nursing session I realized, hey, I'm not sore!

I get plugged ducts pretty often- always in the same place too. I'm usually sore for a while after they resolve. I just keep putting heat and massage while nursing until I don't notice any soreness at all.
