i live in southern louisiana and work as a nurse in a hospital. during hurricane season, the hospital divides nurses into team A (hurricane duty) and team B (relief duty). my son is almost 7m. old and bf-ing. while i have not yet been assigned a team, i'm worried if they make me work team A. last year i was excluded from team A because i was 5m. pregnant. i have been told that administration alternates team assignment each year. so does bf-ing exclude me from this? is there a law or anything i can bring to my boss in my defense? any input is welcome. thanks.
