Default Going back to work - how much milk to send?

I go back to work on Monday - but I arranged a new schedule with my work that is great. I will work 4 hours a day in the office and the other 4 at home.
What I am trying to figure out is how much milk to send on Monday for those 4 hours. Our daughter is 9 weeks old.
I do have a freezer stash started and will continue to pump of course.

How many bottles and how much in each bottle should I send for the 4 hours. I assume I should send some extra frozen milk for "emergencies."
    What have you all done?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

I would suggest sending two (or three?) small (2-3 oz) bottles, but believe me, I am no expert. I sent a lot in the beginning until I saw how much my DS ate each day. How much your daughter drinks will depend partially on whether you can nurse her just before you drop her off or when you pick her up.

There was a good thread on EBM quantities:

Don't forget to factor any commuting time into your calculations.

The second day is much easier since you'll have the fresh milk you pumped the first day. Good luck!!!
