Default Is the worst part over?

Yesterday, I was battling what I believe was a plugged duct. My left breast had lumps and was so tender to the touch. I drank massive amounts of water, warm cloths, hot shower and aggressvie pumping.

Today, I feel 95 percent better. My breast is softer and it only feels slightly lumpy and not tender to the touch.

Is the plugged duct clear? Am I supposed to see something? Should I keep up the same routine today to make sure it's gone?

Just keep an eye on it. Try to do everything you can to drain your breast completely each time. If you start feeling flu-like symptoms, call the doctor. Mine usually clear up in a couple of days doing exactly what you did. to you, no fun at all!

It sounds like you did a good job of getting rid of it fast. That is what I always did. If you get it when it starts, it is better. If you are still feeling lumps, I would keep up the treatment atleast for today to make sure they are all the way gone. It usually takes 4-5 days before it feels all the way better.

I've increased my pumping from 15 to 30 even 40 minutes. I want my breast completely drained. I have to get better before I go to work tomorrow.
