I pump between 3-7 ounces, with 3 being an evening pump. Fenugreek and Nursing mom tea by Yogi are the ones responsible. 4-6 (610 mg) of Fengreek from GNC and tea 2-3 a day.

I had a small supply amount too... What I did was really upped my water intake and then pumped after every feeding and then for a couple of days tried to pump every two hours... After that, I was pumping 6-8 oz instead of 3-4 and my milk supply has remained steady... now I have a stash in the freezer and I don't have to worry about keeping up with her demand when she needs the extra...

Question Re: Any tips on increasing pumped amount??

My supply has decreased over the last two days? Anybody know what could be causing this? My daily schedule is as follows--nurse at 6:30, 8:30, and 11:30, pump at 2:30 and nurse again beginning about 5:30. Usually I pump around 4-5 oz in the afternoon. Yesterday and today I only produced 2-3 oz. What can I do to increase my supply?
