    I've had a few blisters while breastfeeding and the one thing that helps resolve the problem is soaking the nipple with a wet washcloth as hot as I can stand it. I place the washcloth on my nipple just before nursing or pumping. That has usually done the trick. My blister would usually just pop on it's own and the nipple would heal in a couple of days.
    I hope you feel better. I know those blisters can be pretty painful and uncomfortable.

    Update: I think it's gone. There isn't any pain when I nurse DD on that side anymore. I used the warm washcloth before nursing, it seemed to do the trick.
