Just thought I would share this recipe with everyone. My ds loved it the first time he tryed it. All I did was cut the acorn squash in half and cleaned out the seeds. I place the half in a bowl with a little water face down. I microwaved it for 10 minutes. The flesh comes out like the consistency of a sweet potatoe. I added a little butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It's a sweet tasting squash and he just ate it up! Another healthy alternative to jar foods!
