Hemp milk has become retail available. It has more nutritional value than soy and rice milk plus it has those fabulous omega 3 and 6 fats, and it's quite allergy friendly. These are the two companies that I know of.

Well, I can tell you I've been there with you on that one! I was cosleeping with DS#2 on a mattress in his room until he was 10 months. During that month or two before, I and HE had THE WORST sleep. I would count how many times he woke and I roll over to nurse him back to slumber, and it got to at least 5 or 6 times per night! I was afraid to get up and go to the bathroom for fear he'd wake. I had to take that as a hint; time to go back to my own bed. The very first night he had his crib to his own, lo and behold, he slept all night. I stuck with it and it's been 8 months of sleeping blissszzzzz A few months later I left for a 4 night trip to see a friend, and he even slept whole nights without me there. (It was my first nights away from him, too...and because of that change, it was much easier on both of us). So, I suggest, even if you're a little hesitant, to break away from bed-sharing just to see if it's indeed the problem.
