    Default Formula and BM

I should be returning to work in april/may time and am concerned about my bf'ing. I dont honestly think i will be able to express enough for DD. It has been suggested to try and formular feed while i'm at work and Bf while i'm at home - will my milk supply cope with this? Initially the idea of giving up bf'ing didnt bother me, but the closer i get to go back to work the more i am worrying about it. I only what to do whats best for DD

    Hi there!

Many mothers feel the same anxiety that you are feeling when faced with returning to work and the uncertainty that their milk will be enough for their baby.

I would like to share with you this link from the LLL Internation website regarding working and breastfeeding. http://www.lalecheleague.org/FAQ/FAQ...0Breastfeeding

It is not necessary to supplement with formula while you are at work.

I'd also like to suggest that you post in the Working & Breastfeeding forum because there are many mothers posting there who have "worked it out"
