    Default decongestant while nursing?

I have a terrible cold and really need a decongestant. I can't seem to find info on what is safe to take while nursing. Help! Thanks!

Not from an approved LLL source but I verified the information in Hale's: AAP Approved Meds for Breastfeeding Mother's - Decongestants

Sudafed can decrease your milk supply, even after one dose so if you want to take it, keep a close eye on your supply. Here's some info on that: (again, not from an approved LLL source) http://www.kellymom.com/health/meds/...#decongestants

Perhaps some more natural remedies would work for you?
