    Default still beneficial?

After one year, is breast milk still as beneficial to toddlers as it was to them in the first year? Even though they are eating foods and maybe drinking some whole milk, is breast milk still as good for their immune systems, cognitive development, etc.? Thanks.

I enjoyed BF my son because it helped him through a lot of transitions. It was such a nice bonding, peaceful time with him. He also was almost never sick which I believe is from BF him. I also like the peacefulness it brings out it myself.

Yes it is! And actually, the antibodies become more concentratated as the milk production levels naturally decline (with your toddler's natural decline in nursing frequency, of course).
