I get blue/green milk first thing in the morning when my breasts are big from overnight (LO sleeps all night). It freaked me out at first, but I agree that it's just the foremilk.

I had a batch of truly green milk one time too, it was because of a vitamin supplement I took (I think it was b complex) My doc said it was nothing to worry about but the color made me pitch it anyway.

I would have to agree with another post. The foods you eat can alter the color of breast milk. If I eat anything green my bm is green also. Salads, collard greens etc. I thought something was wrong with me but a lactation consultant said it was perfectly fine and I could test it out. I stopped eating green foods for a day or two and then went back to having green veggies and when I pumped it all came out green, really just on one side which I thought was interesting.
