    Default fenugreek and diabetes?

    On Babycenter, a woman said her LC refused to let her use Fenugreek because they are linking it's use in BF to juvenile diabetes. Has anyone else heard of this link? Great! One more BF issue to make me a nutjob! HA!

    I have never heard of that. I know that fenugreek can interfere with the mother's blood sugar levels and mother's with diabetes should not take fenugreek. Sorry I can't be of more help.

    I have never heard of that, and was unable to locate any information stating such. I did, however, find (via Google) some research articles that described fenugreek being used to help control blood sugar levels in juvenile diabetes patients.
