Red face over 10mos, sodium and a few other Qs lol

Okay so in preperation of weaning, I have NO idea how much he should be eating when it comes to solids, as he nurses so much still so I don't worry about it too much kwim? but I guess I need to start thinking about it so I am prepared! Also he is almost 10 1/2 mos old... basically just wanna know what he still CAN'T have lol I know eggs, milk for sure, but I'm also told aside from that he can eat whatever we eat! Is this true for everything? Probably not fish or seafood huh? What about the whole sodium deal? Can he have NONE at all should I watch for sodium content in foods we buy too? Like canned soups & stuff? Thanks!

dr sears has good info on his web site about what to feed at each age.
IF your son is sensitive to some foods him might not eat much solid foods.
they sometimes will self regulate solids.
By 12 months my kids were eating mostly what we adults ate.
and they had always feed table foods and not mashed up stuff, the only thing that I ground was meats that were too hard to chop up.
