Default pregnant mom giving nursing toddler "morning sickness"?

My Great Aunt said I should wean my 2yo before I become pregnant because the hormones in my milk can make my toddler sick. Basically giving him morning sickness. Is there any truth to this statement or is this just an old wives tale she is passing on?

According to the Breastfeeding Answer Book, "The hormones that maintain a pregnancy are found in very small quantities in human milk, but they are not harmful to the breastfeeding child. The amount of these hormones the child receives will decrease as the mother's milk supply decreases. The baby in utero is exposed to the hormones produced by pregnancy at a much higher level than the nursing child." (p. 408)

I'm breastfeeding and nursing and did not notice any evidence of passing on morning sickness.
