Default How much should LO be sleeping?

    Hi all,
My LO is 3.5 weeks old. I'm just wondering how long other babies this age are sleeping on average - total for a day. Also how long at a time are they sleeping and are those stretches different from day to night?
I can only seem to get one hour-long morning nap out of Maya, then an afternoon nap, then she wants to sleep all evening UNTIL bedtime (of course). Once she is asleep at bed time, she does great and normally does about two 4-hour long stretches at a time.
Does anybody know what the "normal" amount of sleep for a baby this age is?

I think at her age, 16 hours is average. Every baby is different, though. Oh, and those 4 hour long stretches? So jealous. She sounds great!

I'm no expert, that's just what I've read.

Anything up to 22hours a day is still in the realm of fine at this point....

    Way too lazy for formula

Is feeding time included in those "awake" hours? It seems as if DS is only awake and interacting 2-4 hours a day at 12 days...but he's feeding for hours more...
