There are a many good resources! Ones that I've used include

    Dr. Sears
    Kellymom

there's another one somewhere with a really great chart...i'll see if i can find it. I printed it out and it lives on my fridge.

rrr, now I'm getting frustrated, I've been searching and searching the web and can't find the chart I wanted to share. hm....

We're also doing research to start introducing solids to our LO who turns 6 mo next week (!!!) so I really appreciated the links that Evin posted.

Just wondering Evin if you figured out the link for the chart on your fridge??

    Thanks!

My second post above has one of them (a chart on the Dr. Sears website) and the other one is from kellymom: Introducing allergenic foods for babies who are not at increased risk of allergies.

Here is another link from WHO on the quantity/types of foods based on infant age - the chart is located middle of the page:

When searching the web this morning I found a site that got into what foods to give to and when. It also talked about if you give them say cirtrus before a year what problems it could cause, like upset stomach etc... but i can't find it now. How anybody heard/seen this site? I have printed out the links from pp which is a great start for us.
