    Question microwaving BM

Is there any scientific evidence that microwaving bm is a bad idea? My husband insists on microwaving my lo's bottles. Drives me nuts, but the only way to get him to stop is presenting him with an article, or health professional that says not to.

That link led me to a few studies. One said, no significant difference if under 60degrees C (which I can't translate to F, but my DH will be able to). http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...t_uids=8889628

The other saw significant difference in bm if microwaved: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...&dopt=Citation

I made a copy of the second one for my DH
