Default Frequent Travel - Are Xrays Dangerous?

I travel frequently by air. I generally take the EMB through security. I've been wondering, could xrays do anything to the milk that could harm my baby? And if so, would checking the milk help? I think they xray the suitcases as well, but maybe the milk would be better protected.

They X-Ray the suitcases, etc...but the sensors people go through are not X-Rays, they are metal detectors. Completely different and safe (I've researched this massively when I was preggers with DD 5 years ago since I did a lot of business travels).

Thank you for the comforting information. How did you go about researching this? I'd like to know more details, but wasn't sure where to start. Getting through security with breastmilk is quite the hassle these days, but have had good success and always feel better when the milk is with me. And occasionally, my luggage has been lost (once for 3 days). So another reason I like to keep the milk with me.
