Default Breast milk coming through the nose!

My 3week old has been getting quite congested (rattle sound) in his nose sometimes when he breastfeeds - occasionally he will also sneeze out breast milk. Is this normal? Any suggestions? Thanks!

my lo is three months old and at times she will have breast milk coming out of her nose as a result of spitting up while her binkie is in her mouth or possibly sneezing. i don't know if it is normal, but it happens at our house also.

If it bothers him or you, you can try holding his head up more...

It happened to us several times when he had too much BM. I then started feeding him on one side and it stopped. Has also happened when he sneezes.
