    Default Counting Calories

So I am not too big on counting calories and I THINK I get enough but I am starting to wonder because I am pretty underweight at this point. Does anyone have a link or something that tells what kind of calories, how much, how to count etc?

I am in the same situation as you are - 10 pounds below pre-pregnancy weight - currently 105 pounds to be precise and still loosing weight...
I've never been big on counting calories myself, I am just making sure to eat when I am hungry , and having 3 regular meals a day plus snacks.
I guess you can follow the food pyramid guidelines on what to eat and how many servings a day.
There is one particular tool that helps analyse nutrition and foods:

I personally haven't used it - too lasy for that.
I usually count the calories mydelf of the stuff I am eating and for the meals I am not sure about I approximate (for example 700cal. for dinner meal)

    The Calorie Counter.

You can track your calories with The Diet Spreadsheet.

Great. Thank you for the links.

I eat healthy and I eat about 4 or 5 times a day.

My only other question and maybe it's on those links but does anyone know how many calories from fat verses how many calories one should get?

LOL You are probably right. I always think that sounds like a HUGE amount of food.

90g per day for nursing moms, not sure on how many calories that equals though.

    Here.

    For fat 1 gram = 9 calories, proteins - 1 gram = 4 cal and carbs 1 gram is 4 calories
