I am sensitive to wheat and cow dairy, as well as beef and tomatoes. I am wondering when to introduce these things to my DD (10 months). Dairy I am planning on not giving AT LEAST until 2, and then only in small amounts, rotated with other things (I don't want her to never be able to have milk, it makes life VERY difficult when visiting others etc, but I am well aware of all the milk info. out there, I don't need any more info on that).
These are my questions: when should I introduce wheat and tomatoes? Does it make a difference that I have problems with them? I know all about rotating things and not being overly dependent on wheat (if she doesn't have issues with it). What about dairy- is 2 too soon, considering myself and other immediate family members are lactose intolerant? Any thoughts?
