    Default milk supply issue..please help

I'm going back to work next week and I'm afraid that I'm not going to be able to pump enough milk. On average I get about 3.5 oz when I pump but my LO will eat a 4.5 oz bottle. How do I make up the difference? I'm so worried that I won't be able to keep and have to supplement with formula - which I strongly don't want to do. Any suggestions??

You may want to pump more often. This will stimulate your breasts to make more. Have you seen the pumping boards? There may be some suggestions in there that can help. Taking fenugreek can also help stimulate supply. It's different for everyone, but when I took it, I noticed a difference within 2 days.

don't be afraid to call your local lll leader.
There are lots of ways that you can increase your supply.
how old is your baby? Many babies are smart and will wait for mom.
Then they will eat all night long.

These are often said are old wives tales but work for me! Increase your liquid intake and eat oats for breakfast! I don't do these things to increase my milk but it always happens!
