Help! I am a FTM and my LO is almost 3 months old. Woke up one day and my right breast is not producing much milk. my left breast is still working fine. i have tried pumping regularly( 3times a day after nursing) and now the supply seems to be a little better although its not the same as before.

    Welcome to the forum!

It's totally normal for one breast to produce less than the other. Often it happens because the baby prefers one side, and therefore stimulates better supply on that side. But it can also happen due to a plugged duct or mastitis, so if you feel any hard or tender lumps in the lower-producing side, you probably want to keep a close eye on them and try to get them worked out as much as possible.
