    Default low fat content

My son is 12 weeks and has been acting like he's never satisfied for the last week. I know it's probably a growth spurt, given his age, but I also noticed the last few times that I've pumped that my milk is quite thin. I only pump once a day and completely empty the breast, so there should be an ample amount of hindmilk coming. (I use a Symphony). But when it seperates out in the fridge, there's hardly any cream on top. There used to be lots.

Any thoughts on why this is happening? My diet hasn't changed, my weight is steady, and I've actually started getting more sleep (hooray for that )

i am not sure why the fat content would go down but my midwife suggested that i eat 1/2 and avocado per day to get more good fats in and I love it
