Default Number of calories in BF compared to solids?

I read somewhere how many calories in breast milk compared to solid foods, and now I can't find on the net anywhere. Does anyone know?

I had no idea avacado had so many calories or so much fat! That's pretty insane.

yes, avocado has so much fat/calories - but it is all good fat, and you can rarely find a fruit that has so much to give. Dr.Sears says that it is one of the best first baby foods.
    Check out http://www.askdrsears.com/html/3/T032000.asp

However, I wish my ds could have it - I tried it but found he is allergic to it I later found out that avocado can indeed be one of those allergens - so definitely watch out for that, otherwise, it is supposed to be great starters.
