    Default Foremilk / Hindmilk?

Could someone explain the foremilk and hindmilk to me?
Also, I've read somewhere about "frothy" BM's meaning babies are not getting enough hindmilk? True?
My daughter's BM's are frothy, but yellow. Just want to make sure we're okay.

Frothy stools that are green can signal a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance.

GAH! I had a lengthy response typed out and my computer ate it. So...I'll link you to this webpage. It is NOT a LLL resource, but it goes into great detail and I think you'll find it useful:
