Default frequency of poop=not ready for solids?

In her 6 mos we introduced solids mainly vegs. A couple times a lil apple. but since my baby goes 3-4 days without a good poop.she is in her 7 mos now. Is this a sign that her system isn't ready? While I know it can be normal my hubby is freaking out

She's still mostly breastfed, so I would consider it normal provided the poop isn't hard and dry when it finally does come out. It might help to avoid the constipating BRAT foods (bananas, rice, apples, toast/bread) and focus on soft fruits, like cherries, blueberries, grapes, and the "P" fruits (prunes, pears, peaches, plums, and aPricots).

If solids are being offered gently, not overly frequently, and not coerced onto baby, - baby eats what and how much they want- it the solids are causing any issues it is probably not solids per se but what the solids are. On the other hand, assuming plenty of milk, no reason to not stop solids for a couple of weeks and see what happens.
