I agree- 8-12 pumping sessions per day is a relentless workload! But there may be no alternative when it comes to sustaining production. Drop some sessions and you'll almost surely see a drop in supply, even though you'll be better rested. But that's not saying you shouldn't experiment with fewer sessions, or even just decide "Hey, this isn't worth it, I'd rather supplement with formula than drive myself bonkers." This is such a personal decision- we can't tell you what you should do!
